We take a 3 part intervention approach towards treating anxiety, using Cognitive Behavior therapy, yoga Therapy involving biofeedback and hypnosis and virtual reality therapy for exposure . By challenging faulty beliefs that identify situations as more threatening, using biofeedback and yoga therapy to calm and balance the body and behavior therapy (exposure and response prevention ) to reduce sensitivity to provoking stimuli. We use virtual reality therapy for guided controlled exposures, biofeedback to help teach proper breathing & relaxation strategies and cognitive exercises to process emotions and negative thoughts.
