Dr. Jayme Albin is Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, She has a Ph.D in Clinical Health Psychology, from Yeshiva University, a Masters in Development Psychology from Columbia University and a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University. Before beginning her career in psychology Dr. Albin was involved in commercial banking and executive training at banking and financial organization. In 2014 Dr. Albin published her second book, “The Official Idiot’s Guide to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy”.
